Reader is glad to be in Bradley County

My wife and I moved to Bradley County/Cleveland from Arlington, Tennessee (Shelby County), about a year and a half ago. Since our very happy relocation here, I have had several moments when I came very close to writing a letter to the Banner. It’s a New Year now and I can no longer put off composing this very positive missive.
