Patricia Ann Miranda

Patricia Ann Miranda, 80, of, Calhoun, passed away on Friday, May 21, 2021, at her residence.

She was of the Catholic faith and a Vietnam veteran. Patricia served her country proudly and was honorably discharged to raise her children in 1961. Patricia loved to learn and took interest in medical transcription where she obtained her associate’s degree. She also loved music and played the guitar and organ.

Later, Patricia took a profession in cooking as her last job, serving the wonderful residents of Life Care of Cleveland. Her latest interest was art, which she was exceptional at. She was an avid cat lover and helped so many. Patricia loved the beach and ocean, which she will soon partner with and become a permanent part of. She will be greatly missed. We love you, Mom!

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Jeanne Finnegan; sister, Jeanne Finnegan; son, John Fagan; and grandson, Brandon Thompson.
Survivors include her daughters: Michelle (Larry) Thompson, and Sharon (Bird) Pritchett (Alan Millaway); grandchildren: Courtney Thompson, Amber Thompson, Billie Redden, Kyle Pritchett, Travis Pritchett; great-grandchildren: Liam Thompson Ramey, Elijah Thompson, Ella Kailey; leaving behind her beloved cat, Jack.

A graveside service with military honors will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at Chattanooga National Cemetery at 2:30 p.m.
