Matthew Anthoney Corbin, 33, of Cleveland, passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2022.

He was born on Feb. 7, 1989, in Cleveland. Matt had a passion for “anything with a motor” but especially motorcycles. He lived and breathed the Georgia Bulldogs. He loved being outdoors, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Christopher Corbin; grandmother, Imogene Trewhitt; and great-grandfather, Winston Bryant.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his mother, Diane Rose; brother, Levi Rose; sister, Shelby Rose; half-brother, Jeremy Corbin; stepfather, Mark Rose; grandparents, JT and Pat Bigge; special friends, Jimmy and Annette Johnson, and Joy Palmer; special niece, Skylar Palmer; lifelong best friend, Shane Morrow; girlfriend, Ashely Smith and her children, Zoie and Willa; aunts and uncles, Linda McCarter, Maynard and Barbara Branham and Cynthia Davis; and numerous extended family members and friends.

Matthew’s family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 7, 2022, at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home, with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, Matt’s family requests that donations be made to the Mosaic Center, P.O. Box 1375, Monteagle, TN 37356.
