Mary Ellen Seals

Mary Ellen Seals, 82, of Cleveland, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, Jan. 12, 2023.

She was a member of Ridgeview Baptist Church.

Mary was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Homer and Nora Guffey; she was preceded in death by her brother, James Dewey Guffey.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Glenn N. Seals, the love of her life; and daughter, Amy Jane Seals; one grandson, Trefior H. Grant; one sister, Patsy Humphries; nieces, Lisa Cox, Angie Rosoff and Jamie Heald; beloved pet, Jerry; and numerous cousins and friends.

Mary was laid to rest at 11 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 16, 2023, at a graveside service at Sunset Memorial Gardens, officiated by Gary Higgins.
