Kimberly Crosswhite

Kimberly Morrison Crosswhite, 51, of Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, passed away on Friday, Dec. 30, 2022.

Kim was born on May 13, 1971, in Cleveland. She was a graduate of Lakeview High School, Class of 1990, and a member of Clingan Ridge Baptist Church. She was a Girl Scout leader for her granddaughter, Lilly. Kim worked as an insurance agent for Liberty Mutual and Farmers Insurance for many years. She stayed active in the community and loved working with people. Kim was a sponsor of local activities, including Bike Night at Farm to Fork in Ringgold. She will be remembered by friends and family for her infectious smile, sense of humor and love of life.

Survivors include her mother, Ruby Fryar Douglas; daughter, Kayla Reynolds; son, Calvin Crosswhite; grandchild, Lilly Ann Reynolds; significant other, Randy Petet; siblings, Tim Yarber and Cindi (Bryan) Richardson; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 9, 2023, at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association.

Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday at Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory, Battlefield Parkway.
