Joseph Claude “Joe” Brewer, 67, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020.
"Joe" was born at Speck Hospital, March 31, 1952.
He was a jack of all trades, with skills in construction, plumbing and electrical work. Joe loved music, especially guitar, mandolin and harmonica. He loved to fish and was an avid collector of all kinds of “treasures.”
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Claude and Alma Ruth Ball Brewer; brother, Billy Don Brewer; and his loving wife of 44 years, Joanie Brewer.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his children: Justin (Peyton) Brewer, Kristie Brewer and Josh Brewer; grandchildren: Kylee Holland, Landon Brewer, Sierra and Gunner Stewart; brothers: Charles (Melissa) Brewer, and J.T. (Lana) Brewer; and several nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020, from 5 until 8 p.m. at Companion Funeral Home, with the service to begin at 8 p.m. with Pastor Richard Mason officiating.
