James Samuel Dailey, 68 of Cleveland, passed away Friday, June 11, 2021, at the family residence.
He was the son Arnold and Hazel Parker Dailey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters: Margaret Hudgins, Jeanette Burris and Carolyn Killian; and his brother, Millard Dailey.
He retired from McKee Bakery as an electronic technician. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years Jackie Dailey; son, Dustin Dailey (Angela); daughter, Chasta Devine (Scott); grandchildren: Rhayan Elizabeth Devine and Ramsey Devine; brother, John Dailey (Wilma); sisters: Helen Doffee and Ella Faye Watkins; special brother-in-law, Terry Smith; brother-in-law, Jeff Smith; sister-in-law, Gail Green (Howard); brother-in-law, Brett Quandt (Amy); and several nieces and nephews.
A Remembrance of Life service will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, June 14, 2021, at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Avenue Chapel.
The interment will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Monday from 4 to 6 p.m., at the funeral home.
