Gubernatorial hopeful calls faith community underutilized resource

Bill Lee, a Tennessee gubernatorial candidate, announced his intention to seek the office last April and kicked off by visiting 95 counties in 95 days. He followed up with a tractor tour, the “Rural Road Trip,” driving from Mountain City to Memphis. He is now on his “Faith in Tennessee” tour, traveling to visit nonprofit and faith-based nonprofit organizations, as well as community organizations that partner with them.
