Eva Ann Hamilton

Eva Ann Hamilton, 78, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2023, at her residence surrounded by her family.

Born on May 28, 1944, to the late William Otis Trotter and Myrtle Mowery Trotter, she was of the Baptist faith and loved watching Tennessee Vols football.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Hamilton; and brothers, Billy Trotter, Tommy Trotter and Robert Trotter.

She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Ann Hamilton; sisters-in-law, Debra (Bill) Hamilton, Juanita (John) Eldridge, Joye (Jim) Goodner and Sharon (Jackie) Hamilton; special nephew, Dale Atnip; numerous other extended family members; and a host of special friends.

A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 30, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Gardens, with Pastor Jay McCluskey, officiating. Pallbearers will be Michael Pierce, David Goodner, Joel Goodner, Blake Goodner, Jeff Eldridge, Matt Hamilton and Brad Hamilton.
