Doc Anthony Walker


Doc Anthony Walker, 2, of Cleveland, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2020.

He was of the Baptist faith. Doc loved Wiggles, construction equipment (excavator “vader”), buses, fire trucks, his fish (Baby Bow Bow), his dog and sister, Dixie Maie.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Kathy Burman; great-grandmother, Loretta Lunsford; grandfather, John Morgan; and great-grandfather, Leo “Doc” Morgan.

He is survived by his parents, Bradley and Heather Walker; grandmother, Barbara Morgan; grandparents, Gordon and Laurie Burman, and Donnie and Faye Walker; great-grandparents, James and Agnes Beard, Ray and Sandra Walker; aunts: Ashley Allsteadt, Leslie Best, Kayla Freeman, Jessica Burman and Hannah Morgan; uncles: Dewayne Walker, Chris Freeman, Johnathan Burman and Tre Best; and many cousins and other family members. 

A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2020, from 2 until 4 p.m. at New Union Baptist Church, 11516 Meadowview Road. Georgetown, with the service to begin at 4 p.m. Pastor Donnie Jenkins will officiate the service.

Burial will be held at New McDonald Cemetery, with pallbearers Nathan Stone, Johnathan Burman, Tony Underdown and Nick Garibovic.

The family asks that donations be made to the Pediatric Oncology Department at Children’s Hospital at Erlanger to help other families going through difficult times with financial needs. Please mail to Children’s Hospital at Erlanger, Pediatric Oncology, 910 Blackford St., Chattanooga TN  37403.
