Bonnie M. Headrick, 42, of Ooltewah, passed away at her home on Saturday morning, Sept. 11, 2021.
Bonnie was born in Takoma Park, Md., to Lex and Gwen on Jan. 23, 1979. She lived most of her life in Pikeville with her grandparents, Audrey and Don Gadd.
Bonnie was a surgery scheduler at Children’s Hospital at Erlanger. She loved people, and entertaining and the planning that went into her events.

She was preceded in death by her father, Alex Gadd; grandparents, Audrey and Don Gadd; her Aunt Donna, whom she adored; and her beloved, Mattie.
Those left behind to cherish her memory, are her husband of 11 years, Blaine Headrick; her daughter, Amelia Grace; her dogger, Dottie Rose; her mother, Gwen Bryan; and her mother-in-law, Shari “Shug” Horton.
The family is planning a Celebration of Bonnie’s Life at the Hamilton Community Church, 7997 Shallowford Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421 on Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021, from 2 to 4 p.m., with Pastor Dave Ketelsen officiating.
