Helena Harvey Sartin, 60, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, in a local hospital.

She was employed as an LPN for more than 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence “Bud” Harvey; and a granddaughter, Sophie Lynn Ethridge.

Survivors include her husband, F. Neil Sartin; daughter and son-in-law, Rachel and Eric Ethridge; sons: Jonathan and Damon Sartin; grandchildren: Jessica Sartin, Leah, Rena and Eli Ethridge; mother, Ruby Harvey Elliot; sister and brother-in-law, Norma and Bruce Ritchey Jr.; brother, Steven Harvey; nieces: Ginger Starnes and Melissa Lewis; nephews: Jody and Scott Harvey; great-niece, Dr. Sara Starnes Friedt; great-nephew, Kenneth Starnes II; and great-great-niece and nephew, Katelyn and David Friedt.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2010, at Candies Creek Cemetery with the Rev. Ray Cheatham officiating.

Eric Ethridge, Matthew Friedt, Jim R. Arnhart, David Whaley, Kenneth Starnes II and Robert Lewis will a serve as pallbearers.

A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 tonight at Fike Funeral Home.
