Todd and Michelle Bingham announce the engagement of their daughter Amber Nichole, to Bradley Dale Scoggins, the son of Dale and Julia Scoggins.

The couple will exchange wedding vows in a 5 p.m. ceremony on Oct. 23 at the Tennessee River home of Beverly and Mark Johnson.

Miss Bingham is the granddaughter of Linda White of Cleveland and the late Harold and Riga Bingham. She is the sister of Colton Bingham of Cleveland.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Bradley Central High School and a 2008 graduate of Miller-Mott Technical College. She is employed by Physicians Surgery Center of Chattanooga.

The future bridegroom is the grandson of Doris Johnson of Cleveland the late George R. Johnson, Iona Scoggins of Cleveland and the late Don “Buster” Scoggins. He is the brother of Rachel Evans of Cleveland and Erica Scoggins of Nashville.

Mr. Scoggins attended Chattanooga State Technical College. He is employed by J&S Restaurants Inc. and is the owner of Mossyrocks Fabricating.
