She was a member of First Christian Church. She was dearly loved by her family and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William H. Martin and Roxie Paul Martin Robinson; husband, Gene H. Lemons; daughter and son-in-law, Barbara Lemons Kibble and Ricky Kibble; and great-grandson, James Robert Belk III.
Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law: Karen and Gary Lynn, Tena and Henry Ford, and Dena and Jerry Hunt, all of Cleveland; brothers: Bill Martin and wife, Theresa, and Ray Martin, all of Cynthiana, Ky.; seven grandchildren: Stephen Carr, Suan Maney, and special caregiver, Natasha Humphreys, Cindy Belk and husband, Jamie, Mindy Farrar and husband, Sam, Christy Bibee and husband, Jeremy, Maria Ford and Henry Ford III; six great-grandchildren: Breeanna Belk, Bryson Simons, Kendra Carr, Kyra Carr and Braxton Belk; and several loved nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 8 p.m. today, Aug, 25, 2010, at Grissom Funeral Home with the Rev. Sammy Hooker officiating.
Interment will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Robert Smith officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 this evening at the funeral home prior to the service.
