She was a lifelong resident of Meigs County and was retired from Magic Chef.
She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Ellen Combs Millard; husband, J.R. Rogers; son, Carl Rogers; and brothers: T.J. Millard and Tom Millard.
Survivors include her children: Grace Clingan of Cleveland and Jackie Reeves and husband, Richard, of Lafayette, Ga, and Donald Rogers and wife, Juanita, of Birchwood; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters: Lucy Rogers and Margie Wilhoite, both of Birchwood; brother, Clyde Millard of Chickamauga, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, May 14, 2010, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor David Evans officiating.
Interment will follow in McInturff Cemetery with Tony Rogers, Jimmy Higdon, Jamey Higdon, Eddie Clingan, James Clingan and James Lawson serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 9 this evening at the funeral home.
