Victim of fatal Tuesday traffic crash is identified

Cleveland Police continue investigation into the cause of a two-vehicle crash Tuesday which killed one person. Linda Sample, 57, died after crashing with a pickup truck driven by Terry Moore, 46. The crash occurred just after 7 a.m. in the intersection of Paul Huff Parkway and Georgetown Road. Emergency crews and police rushed to the scene and began to aid Sample and Moore.

According to reports from Cleveland Police, Moore was traveling northbound on Georgetown Road when his truck collided with Sample’s vehicle, which had been traveling west on Paul Huff Parkway. Traffic in the area was diverted as traffic investigations teams documented the area and continued their investigation. Assisting at the scene were Cleveland Police, Cleveland Fire Department, and Bradley County Emergency Medical Service. Sample is the fourth fatality in Bradley County and Cleveland during the past 30 days.
