Janice Kay Plummer, 70, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2014, in a Chattanooga health care facility.

She was an accomplished quilter and a devoted grandmother to her 12 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Roger Lee Plummer; parents, Edward Mast and Dorthea Fields; and two sisters, Sharon Osborne and Carol Sue Mast.

She is survived by her two children: Marisa Nunez and husband, Araon Nunez, of Hereford, Texas, and Shannon Jacobsen and husband, Stein Jacobsen, of Colbert, Ga.; 12 grandchildren: Tricia Loucks, Brandon Nunez, Araon Christopher Nunez, Katie Jacobsen, Gracie Jacobsen, Amanda Nunez, Sarah Cruz, Victoria Nunez, Jordan Nunez, Hailey Nunez, Trysta Nunez and Micaela Nunez; two great-grandchildren: Marcos Nunez and Keaton Loucks; siblings: Jani Randolph and husband, Jim, of Portland, Ind., Dianne Romaine and husband, Eric, of Chattanooga, Edward Mast Jr. and wife, Barbara, of Winchester, Ind., Ralph Mast of Middlebury, Ind., and Debbie Osborn and husband, Kevin, of Bluffton, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with family conducting the eulogy.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
