“Mr. Jones has experienced some health issues and is unable to continue operating his business. We have come to terms and our management team assumed control of the day-to-day operations on Aug. 1,” stated Erik Gardner, Volunteer Rid A Pest chief executive officer.
“Mr. Jones has established a strong client base and Chattanooga Pest Control has an outstanding reputation in the Chattanooga market. We look forward to serving his clients and carrying on the high standard of customer service he has established,” said Gardner.
Volunteer Rid A Pest was established in 1970 and is based in Cleveland. This is the third company purchased by Volunteer Rid A Pest LLC.

“Chattanooga Pest Control has a large footprint in Hamilton County and will fit exactly within our service boundary. Their client base is exactly what we need to increase our Chattanooga market share,” stated Gardner
