She is certified by Dance Masters of America and holds a bachelor of science degree from Cumberland University in Nashville.

Smith trained under Melissa Hall and Jaclyn Beckler and was a Best Dancer finalist in New York City in 2013. He participated in the Dance Awards Best Dancer Search and convention.

He was a JUMP scholarship recipient in 2013. He has done choreographing routines for studio and school dance teams for four years with his routines scoring platinum and top overall scores.

The master classes are open to the public. Everyone is encouraged to attend, no matter the dance affiliation they currently have. Space is limited.
