Rhonda Kay Hall, 56, of Old Fort, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2014, at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born in Rome, Ga., on Sept. 19, 1957, to Rex J. and Delora Hall.
She was the manager of a poultry farm and a member of Cedar Springs Baptist Church. She enjoyed hiking, horseback riding and crafts.
She is survived by her daughters: Crystal Richmond of Old Fort and Lucie Faulk (fiancé Barry Ballew) of Riceville; sisters: Sherry Norton of Calhoun and Sue Nichols (Read) of Savannah, Ga.; five grandchildren: Dakota, Jake, Shelby, Colby and Maggie; niece, Tonya (Mark) Irwin; and special friends: Fawn Hooper of Old Fort and Rhonda Smith of Cleveland.
The funeral will be held Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Akins Funeral Home of Copperhill with the Rev. Jimmy Parham officiating.
Interment will follow in Liberty Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be David Morrow, Derwin Brendle, Kevin Brown, Mark Irwin, Barry Ballew and Butch Raper.
Music will be by Janice Reid.
Friends may visit the family at the funeral home from 5 to 9 this evening.
