LEE PROSPECT CAMP
Lee University is hosting its summer Prospect Camp for 2015-18 high school graduates on July 1-2 (3 sessions). The camp will be worked by the Lee staff as well as coaches from the following institutions: University of Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Middle Tennessee State, Tennessee Tech, Austin Peay and Kennesaw State. MARTY ROWE SKILLS & DRILLS CAMP
The Marty Rowe Skills & Drills Camp will be held June 24-28 at Lee University’s Walker Arena. The daily sessions will run from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., with early drop off, late pick up available. Friday the 28th the camp ends with awards ceremony at noon. Cost for the camp is $135, with those registering before May 15th able to attend for $125, which includes camp instruction, daily lunch, T-shirts, and prizes. Sibling discounts are available. LEE BOYS BASKETBALL ACADEMY
Lee University men’s basketball coach Tommy Brown is offering his Lee University Boys Basketball Academy this year on two separate weeks, for ages 5-16 on July 7-11 and July 21-25 from 9-4 p.m. (Fridays end at noon). The camp’s skilled staff includes former players, current players and coaches. Campers will be instructed in ball handling, shooting, dribbling, defense and rebounding. FOOTBALL “CAMP OF CHAMPIONS”
The 14th annual Camp of Champions for boys in grades 4-8 will be held July 14-17 at the Cleveland High School Football facilities from 9 a.m-noon. The cost is $60 per camper, and each participant will receive a free T-shirt and be eligible for awards. Campers will receive instruction from both CHS and CMS football coaching staffs as well as former Blue Raider players. LEDFORD “LIVE WIDE OPEN” TOURNAMENT
The Dustin Ledford Scholarship Foundation will be holding a 4-man select shot golf tournament at Chatata Valley Golf Course on June 21, beginning at 8 a.m. The entry fee is $50 per person, and mulligans can be purchased the day of the tournament. All participants will receive a T-shirt and water bottle, as well as breakfast from Chick-Fil-a, lunch from Shane’s Rib Shack, and coffee supplied by Starbucks. VALLEY VIEW RURITAN GOLF TOURNAMENT
The Valley View Ruritan Club will host its 14th annual golf tournament June 21 at the Waterville Golf Course. Registration will begin at 7:15 a.m. with a shotgun start set for 8 that Saturday morning. The cost is $50 per player with door prizes and refreshments served.

BRADLEY JUNIOR FREE GOLF CLINIC
Cleveland Country Club will host the Bradley County Junior Golf Clinic for golfers ages 5-17 on consecutive Mondays in June with remaining dates on June 23 and 30. Clinics for ages 5-10 will go from 8-9:30 a.m. and clinics for ages 11-17 will go from 9:45-11:15 a.m. There will be a final tournament on July 7. Ladies and Jr. Girls City Tournament
The Ladies and Juniors City Golf Tournament first round will be played at Chatata Valley Golf Course on July 15th and the final round will be played at Cleveland Country Club on July 17th. Tee times will begin at 8:00 A.M. each day. Entry fee is $25 plus cart fee. Ladies must be a resident of Bradley County, property owner, or a member of any Bradley County Golf Club. Junior girls ages 14-18 will compete in a separate division. Exceptions for girls under age 14 may be made based on their level of skill. The deadline to enter is July 11. LEE SOCCER CAMP
Registration is open for the third annual Lee Soccer Camp June 23–27. The camp is designed for boys and girls ages 5-14 and will focus on ball skills and the technical development of young players in a fun and friendly environment. Lee men’s head soccer coach Paul Furey will serve as director of the camp. The camp coaching staff will be comprised of his assistant coaches and top players to ensure an enjoyable and educating soccer experience. Each camper will receive lunch, a camp T-shirt and certificate along with prizes and awards to selected campers. The camp will run from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. daily and will conclude at noon on Friday. Lee is offering two 1-day prospect camps July 9-10 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. The camps may be attended separately or together. The camps are for 2014-2019 graduates as well as junior college students. Space is limited and early registration is highly recommended to ensure a spot. The morning session will feature skill instruction from college coaches and players as well as a combine style skills assessment. Cleveland Country Club summer will sponsor tennis clinics for juniors throughout the summer. The Bradley/Cleveland Tennis Association will begin registration for its first Jr. Tennis League and Adult Flex League on June 21 at the DeVos Tennis Center on the Lee University Campus.
