Cleveland Civitan welcomed speaker Suzanne Burns, founder and executive director of Foundation House Ministries, at the weekly luncheon. She spoke to the club about the growth of their project since last year. FHM provides a value-based residential program to facilitate the process for young women in a crisis pregnancy to develop strong, stable futures for them and their children. This includes mentors to teach financial planning; instructional classes on how to dress for interviews, how to coupon and plan meals, and how to develop a career in order to become self-sufficient, etc.
