The program is designed to accommodate both full-time and part-time students in a 10-course format, providing students the opportunity to achieve a graduate degree in as few as 12 months. The flexible, online format will allow working adults to earn the degree without interrupting personal and professional obligations.
“Tennessee Wesleyan College’s MBA degree is designed to prepare working professionals with the knowledge and skills to succeed in a competitive business world,” said Dr. Martha Maddox, associate dean for Business Administration and chair of the Department of Business Administration.
“Providing the MBA degree in an online format will assist the college in fulfilling its mission to provide students the highest-quality educational experience, promote personal integrity, responsibility, and purpose, and prepare students for a life of leadership and service in an ever-changing global society.”
TWC’s online master’s program emphasizes ethical decision-making, critical analysis and problem-solving, strategic orientation, global perspectives, concern for sustainability and growth, and respect for people and communities — skills necessary for today’s business leaders.
