Hopewell Church of God is excited to be hosting Camp ArtTech this summer.

The camp will be comprised of two, one-week sessions. The first session will be held June 23 through 27 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. The second session of the camp will be July 7 through 11.

Camp ArtTech is a week that gives kids an opportunity to experience the arts and technology in a fun relaxed camp atmosphere.

Activities the kids can participate in include: rehearsing and performing in a musical, working with puppets, arts and crafts, kids in the kitchen, video production, drama, video gaming and more.

Kids are able to participate in just one week or in both weeks. Activities will vary each week so they will not be repeating the same activities both weeks.

Each morning the kids will rehearse and stage a musical and in the afternoon they will be participating in round-robin activities.

The kids will be performing their musical and other elective creations during the Sunday evening of July 13th.

Dana Carrier, the children’s pastor at Hopewell, says the church is thrilled to be providing this opportunity for kids to experience arts and technology in a fun way.

Cost for the camp is $60 for one week or $105 for both weeks. Sibling discounts are available.

You can pre-register your kids for Camp ArtTech at www.questkidsmin.com or you can call the church at (423) 478-1132 for more information.
