The Joe Rodgers Memorial Golf Tournament teams are now being formed.

The tournament is a fundraiser for the Cleveland Civitans.

The Civitans are committed to care of individuals in the community who have special needs. The major project of the Civitans is the annual Special Olympics.

The four-person select shot tournament will be held Saturday at Chatata Valley Golf Club.

Lunch and the putting contest begin at 12:30 p.m., with a shotgun start at 2 p.m.

Among the hole-in-one on par 3 prizes are a 2014 Chevy Silverado, a vacation for four at the Lajitas Golf Resort and Spa in Lajitas, Texas, Krank Golf Formula 5 driver, TaylorMade golf clubs (choice of JetSpeed Fairway Woods and Rescue or SpeedBlade Irons and Wedges).

Cost is $75 per person or $300 per team.
