Cleveland resident Geneva Petitt, who is past president of the Tennessee American Legion Auxiliary and is now national executive committeewoman, recently attended the conference of NEC of the American Legion Auxiliary in Washington, D.C. She took part in the laying of the wreath at the Lincoln Memorial. She also visited the Vietnam memorial and the World War II Memorial. She joined other committeewomen from across the United States in giving out U.S. flags to visitors. The Executive Committee met to discuss veterans affairs and national security.
