Adam A. Fall, 75, of Cleveland, passed away Monday, April 21, 2014, due to complications of pneumonia and Parkinson’s disease.
He was born in Clarksburg, W.Va., on Nov. 6, 1938, to the late Darrel and Sclena (Hart) Fall.
He lived in Cleveland for 12 years with his wife of 52 years, Marian (Hake) Fall, 70, the daughter of Emery and Cora Hake. He has two children also of Cleveland: Dr. Adam Fall, 45, and Kathy Fall, 36.
He was formerly from the Warren, Ohio, area. After his service in the Air Force, he worked at Copperweld Steel for 34 years. He was a member of Leavittsburg Church of God, where he was an usher, and attended Warren Revival Center for many years.
He has six living siblings: Dale Fall of Colorado City, Colo., Elizabeth Gilcher of Remlap, Ala., Wayne Fall of Windham, Ohio, Mary Ann Frank and Darrell Fall Jr., both of Newton Falls, Ohio, and Violet Saltzman of Schertz, Texas; and 28 nieces and nephews.
His brothers: Arnold and Omar Fall are deceased.
He enjoyed gardening and helping his neighbors. He loved gospel music. His favorite song was “Jesus is the Sweetest Name I Know.”
The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at Companion Funeral and Cremation Service, 2415 Georgetown Road N.W.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
