Computer classes begin today

The Teen Advisory Group will meet April 7 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. to discuss upcoming summer programs. All teens, ages 13 to 17, are welcome to attend the meeting.

Join us for a matinee showing of “Despicable Me 2” on April 12 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Community Room.

A selection of tax forms is still available on the second floor. Please inquire at the Reference Desk.

The following computer classes are available for registration: Basic Computers Windows 7 — March 30 and April 1 from 10 a.m. to noon; Transitions-moving from Windows 7 to 8 — April 2 and 3 from 3 to 5 p.m.; Basic Internet — April 7 and 3 from 10 a.m. to noon; Beginning email — April 9 and 10 from 3 to 5 p.m.; Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 — April 14 and 15 from 10 a.m. to noon; Microsoft Word 2013 — April 16 and 17 from 3 to 5 p.m.; Microsoft Excel 2013 — April 21, 22, 23 and 24 from 3 o 5 p.m.; Transitions-Moving from Windows 7 to 8 — April 28 and 29 from 10 a.m. to noon; Basic Computers Windows 7 — April 30 and May 1 from 3 to 5 p.m.

All classes are free of charge with a valid library card and are available at a first-come, first-served basis. Call the Non-Fiction Desk to register at 472-2163.
