Charles Clark McDaniel, 62, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014, after a brief illness in a local health care facility.

He was the son of the late Doctor Roland McDaniel and Betty Carolyn McDaniel. He was a graduate of Cleveland High School and Lee College. He worked in the floor covering business for a number of years until his retirement.

He was known and loved for his infectious laugh and his good heart. But if asked, his greatest joy in life was his daughter, Chelsea.

Survivors include his wife, Twana Holcomb McDaniel; his beloved daughter and the light of his life, Chelsea; his loving brother, Archie McDaniel and his wife, Fay; sisters-in-law: Keisha Graig and Tabitha Holcomb; special brother-in-law, Larry Holcomb; special uncle, Bob McDaniel; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family members too numerous to mention.

A private interment will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens for the family. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

You are encouraged to share a memory of Clark and/or your personal condolences with his family by visiting his memorial web page and guest book at www.companionfunerals.com.
