Dr. and Mrs. Samuel H. Horner III of Cleveland announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Cooley Ann, to Charles Alexander Arroyo of Darien, Conn. The future bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Nicasio G. Arroyo, also of Darien.

The couple will exchange wedding vows in a 6 p.m. ceremony on June 21 at the Scarritt-Bennett Center in Nashville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Richard and Patricia Watson, Ben and Betty Callaway and the late Dr. Samuel H. Horner Jr., all of Cleveland. She is the sister of Holland Horner Hunt of Nashville and Watson Horner of Cleveland.

Miss Horner is a 2005 graduate of Cleveland High School and graduated from Boston College in 2009. She will complete her studies at the University of New Hampshire School of Law in May and will join a law firm in Concord, N.H., upon graduation.

Mr. Arroyo is the grandson of Barbe Gold of Scarsdale, N.Y., and the late Charles Z. Gold, Eugenia Arroyo of Salamanca, Spain, and the late Manuel Jose Garcia. He is the brother of Nicasio S. Arroyo of Darien.

The future bridegroom is a 2006 graduate of Darien High School and graduated from Boston College in 2010. He is employed as a business consultant at TR3 Solutions in Stoneham, Mass.
