CCS falls to Maryville

Cleveland Christian School dropped a pair of decisions on the basketball court Friday. The Lady Crusaders fell to Maryville Christian by a score of 59-47 while the boys lost to the Eagles, 84-48.

Holly Sutton and Acacia Thompson had big nights for the CCS girls scoring 18 and 16 points respectively. Whitney White added six more for the Lady Crusaders while Emily Sexton scored five and Hope Nix tossed in two.

Chris Reynolds led the Crusaders with 24 points followed by Bo Martin with 14, Tanner Alguire with seven and Matthew Mathis with three.
