This beautiful Craftsman-style Home of the Week is a “Southern Living” magazine design.

Located at 5271 Hunters Cove, the home has been finely constructed by Andrew Curtis of Curtis Construction, and has already been sold.

Finishing touches are being added and the home is ready to move into, according to Curtis.

Hardie-planking, stacked stone and architectural shingles add to the style of this home, which is finished in a natural and warm green color, keeping with the theme of the surroundings of Hunters Cove.

Melody Smith of Keller-Williams Real Estate was the agent for this property.

Situated on a level lot at the entrance of Hunters Cove, a concrete drive and sidewalk leads to the front porch. Landscaping is in place.

Once through the entryway, the formal dining room features a unique, slanted tray ceiling and hardwood floors. Open spaces abound in the family room, kitchen and dining nook areas.

A gas-log fireplace was installed in the room which has cathedral-styled ceilings. The entire area has been finished with hardwood floors.

A spacious wrap-around porch is just outside the family room and will be a perfect space for outdoor entertainment and relaxation.

Granite counter space was provided in the kitchen, along with plenty of recessed lighting and cabinets. A large eat-in bar will be the perfect gathering place for guests and family to share snacks or even meals. Stainless steel appliances have also been furnished in this new Home of the Week.

With approximately 2,033 square feet of living space, the home has three bedrooms located on the main floor, and the possibility of another in the upstairs portion of the house.

A spacious bonus room was added, which also has a full bath upstairs.

On the main level, the master suite also features a cathedral ceiling. There is plenty of space in this master suite.

A large walk-in closet was also provided.

The master bath has a double-vanity and custom stone shower. A jetted garden tub was also added to the master suite’s private bath.

One other added feature to the master suite is the private access to the wrap-around rear porch.

Two smaller bedrooms will accommodate the children or guests in the home.

Carpeting was the flooring finish choice for these bedrooms.

The home has a total of three full baths.

A spacious laundry area was also provided and completed with storage cabinets.

Tile floors were installed in the laundry.

The home has been equipped with energy-efficient appliances as well as a central heating and cooling system and high insulation values such as vinyl windows.
