Frank Alexander Rice, 63, a resident of Cleveland for the past 10 years and a former resident of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Monday, Nov. 4, 2013, in a Chattanooga hospital.

He was of the Lutheran faith. He was retired from General Motors after 31 years of service. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a 32nd-degree mason in Ohio.

He was an outstanding husband, father, grandfather and friend.

He was the son of the late John and Florence Rice.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Linda Jacobs Rice, of Cleveland; two children, Amber Rice (Jason) and Scott Rice both, of Toledo, Ohio; and two grandchildren, Jaycee and Torin.

The family will receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013, at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.
