CHATTANOOGA — Platinum Financial Funding has announced the opening of its first office in Bradley County.
The Cleveland office, which is the company’s sixth office in East Tennessee, is located at 3810 Keith St. N.W.
Matt Hamilton, a Cleveland native, and Brandon Born, a Ringgold, Ga., native, established the company in June 2008. Headquartered on Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga, the company guides residential buyers through the complex home-buying process from start to finish.
“Due to the explosive growth in the Bradley County area, we saw a real opportunity for mortgage lending,” said Born, the president of Platinum Financial Funding. “Our central location on Keith Street is convenient and helps us to readily accommodate future and current homeowners in Bradley and surrounding counties.”
Following a ribbon-cutting ceremony, Platinum Financial Funding will host an open house Wednesday (10 a.m. to noon) to showcase its new office. Members of the community are invited to attend to learn more about available mortgage lending services.
Committed to offering competitive products and rates while providing the best service possible, Platinum Financial Funding helps homeowners navigate the complex home-buying process. The company also works to streamline processes for more efficient service. While the average closing with a bank takes approximately 60 to 90 days, the company claims its aggressive market strategy typically allows clients to close on properties within 30 days.
Platinum Financial Funding has 30 employees across six locations in Hamilton, Bradley, Rhea and Knox counties. Licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, company representatives are able to provide loan assistance and refinancing to clients across both states.
