(Note: This is an update and correction to information in “Our Hometown” published Aug. 4.)

The Cleveland Urban Area Transit System is operated by the Southeast Tennessee Human Resource Agency.

CUATS operates Monday through Friday.

Office Hours: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Bus Hours: 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

SETHRA Buses do not operate on Saturdays or Sundays, the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.

All buses leave the transit center and travel to the outer reaches of the city.

Daily transfers at the Transit Center: Every hour on the hour, the Red, Blue, Green, and Orange route buses arrive together at the "Old Railroad Depot" on Edwards Street. This enables passengers to transfer from one bus route to another.

Daily transfers in Northern Cleveland: Every half hour, the Green, Orange, and Gold route buses arrive together at Bradley Square Mall. This enables passengers to transfer from one bus route to another.

Daily transfers in Southern Cleveland: Every half hour, the Red and Blue route buses arrive together at the Walmart on Treasure Drive. This enables passengers to transfer from one bus route to another.

Green Route with destination points through Downtown Cleveland, Lee University, Sky Ridge Medical Center, Life Care Centers of America, the north side Walmart and Bradley Square Mall.

Orange Route with destination points through Downtown, South Keith Street, Georgetown Road, Cleveland State Community College, Target shopping area and Bradley Square Mall.

Blue Route with destination points at the Habitat ReStore, South Lee Highway, the Justice Center and the Treasury Drive Walmart shopping area.

Red Route with destination points at the Bradley County Health Department, neighborhoods off of Wildwood Avenue and the Treasury Drive Walmart shopping area.

Gold Route with destination points at the YMCA, Bradley Square Mall, Hickory Grove Shopping Center, Home Depot, Peerless Crossing and Cleveland Utilities.

Passengers may use route maps and route information to determine which route services their destination area.
