Fredrick Paul Rue, 72, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday, July 15, 2013.

He was born on July 21, 1940. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves for nine years. He was a mechanic for many years.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Linda Rue; mother, Edith Rue, and father, Henry Rue.

He is survived by his daughters: Shelia Merritt of Calhoun, Paula Browder of Charleston, Lynn Croft and Kristy Grant, both of Cleveland; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 21, 2013, at the Ramsey Cemetery with military honors.
