She was preceded in death by her parents, Issac and Dora Pierce; her sisters: Edith, Hazel, and Betty; her husband Joseph W. Pierce; and her daughter, Sandra Lucille.

Survivors include her sister, Marie; brother, Calvin; sons: John Pierce and wife, Pauline, of Oregon, and Joseph Pierce and wife, Susan, of California; daughter, Elizabeth Kalabus and spouse, John, of Tennessee; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
