Cleveland Dance & Performing Arts Center's (formerly Chilhowee Dance) The Avant Garde Company recently competed in Kids Artistic Revue at the Tivoli Theatre in Chattanooga. KAR is an accredited competition of The Federation of Dance Competitions.
