Dodd will serve on Barge Waggoner’s Senior Leadership Team and play a critical role in leading the firm’s financial function. Day-to-day responsibilities include financial systems and planning, accounting, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting and payroll. Dodd brings 27 years of professional experience in finance, with her last six years serving as the finance director with the city of Franklin, Ky. Previously, Dodd worked for North American Automotive Cable Division as a division controller.

Dodd is a registered CPA in Tennessee and holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Western Kentucky University. In addition to her CPA, she completed courses at Belmont University to receive a certificate of management. Dodd holds memberships with both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a member of the executive committee for Camp Habitat of Simpson County, Ky., a Christian service camp sponsored by Habitat for Humanity.
