StageWorks gears up for final show of season

StageWorks of Cleveland, a new community theater, is coming to the close of its inaugural season with “Steel Magnolias,” a show popular with many people.

Ed Callais, who has several years experience with theater, will direct the show and is eager to bring this production to the community.

StageWorks is very excited about what he has already brought to the group and about this journey.

For those who are interested in auditioning for “Steel Magnolias,” auditions will be held on May 13 and 14 at 6:30 p.m. Call backs will be on May 15. Auditions will be at Fairfield Inn and Suites in the Ocoee Room, 2815 Westside Drive N.W.

Six females are needed to fill the roles since this is an all-female cast. “Steel Magnolia’s” is planned to take the stage in early September.
