The Sharks baseball team will host Sharks Invitational baseball tournaments at Cleveland Middle School and Cleveland State Community College on the following dates: 13-under tournament May 10-12 at Cleveland Middle School. The cost is $250 per team. The entry deadline is May 3. 14-under tournament May 17-19 at Cleveland State Community College. The cost is $250 per team. The entry deadline is May 10. Cleveland State will host a series of summer baseball tournaments at Cleveland State Community College in Cleveland. June 1, 2: 16-under (enter by May 10). June 7-9: 18-under (enter by May 17). June 15, 16: 15-under (enter by May 24). June 22, 23: 14-under (enter by May 31). June 22, 23: 13-under (enter by May 31). The 15-under tournament and 16-under tournaments will be three games pool play and championship. The cost for the tournaments is $350. The 18-under tournament will be four games pool play and championship. The cost for this tournament is $400. The 14-under and 13-under tournaments will be three games pool play and championship. The cost for this tournament is $300. Tournaments will be played under the Tennessee high school rules.
Cleveland State Baseball Coach Mike Policastro will conduct the following summer Baseball Camps: Youth Skills Camp, June 3-6 for ages 6-12. The camp hours will be 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Campers will participate in group instruction and participate in a game each day. The cost will be $75 and includes a camp T-shirt. The Youth Pitcher/Catcher Camp will be held June 10-12 from 9-11:30 a.m. The Youth Hitting Camp will be June 17-19 from 9-11:30 a.m. Both camps will be for ages 8-16. The camps will consist of advanced instruction on the fundamentals of pitching, catching and hitting. The cost for the camps is $60 per session and includes a camp T-shirt. BEAR BASEBALL CAMP
The annual Bear Baseball Camp will be held June 10-12 at the McKenzie Baseball Complex on the campus of Bradley Central High School. With fundamental hitting, fielding and pitching instruction for ages 5-12, the camp will run from 9 a.m. until noon each day. The cost is $50 per camper. NEW TRAVEL TEAM
A new 12-under travel baseball team will start play this spring after the middle school season is over. Players cannot turn 12 before May 1 of this year. Playing mostly local tournaments, the cost will be low to participate. An experienced coaching staff will direct in a fun atmosphere. For more information or to set up a tryout call 715-5690.

The Colby Stansberry, "Heart of a Champion" 3 on 3 Basketball Challenge will be held at 9 a.m., Saturday, May 18, at Cleveland Middle School. The Ocoee Middle Learn to play skills camp for basketball players ages five through middle school will be held May 20-22 from 5-8 p.m. at OMS. The cost for the camp is $45 and will cover shooting dribbling, passing and defense. The camp will be run by OMS coach Joe Spencer and assistants. Registration will be the day of camp.
BEARETTES BASKETBALL CAMP
The annual Bearettes Basketball Camp will be held May 28-30 at Jim Smiddy Arena, with daily sessions running from 8:30 a.m. until noon. Open to ages 5-14, basic game fundamentals will be tuaght by coaches Jason Reuter, Kyle Copleand, Katie Frazier and current and former Bearette basketball team. Camp fee is $55. BEARS BASKETBALL CAMP
Coaches Kent Smith, Chuck Clark and Patrick Spangler will he host the 17th annual Bradley Central Bears Basketball Camp June 3-5. The sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. until noon and are open to ages 6-14. Basic game fundamentals will be taught with station instruction from coaches, players and former Bears. LADY RAIDERS CAMP
The Cleveland Lady Raiders Basketball Camp for girls in upcoming grades 1-8 will run will June 3-5 at Cleveland High School from 8:30 a.m.-noon. The cost for the camp run by CHS head coach Mindy Kiser, assistant coaches Jaime Baird, Kari Jo Harris and CMS head coach Amy McGowan is $50 per camper. Individualized instruction in fundamentals will be taught with individual and team drills covering offensive and defensive concepts. The ninth annual Cleveland Country Club Men’s Invitational will take place April 30-May 3. Amateur golfers from Cleveland and surrounding areas will have the opportunity to earn points for the 2013 Chattanooga TPC Championship. The field will consist of the first 144 paid entrants. The entry fee is $135 and includes two rounds of tournament golf, one practice round ranges balls and lunch Saturday and Sunday. The Bradley County Juniors Golf Clinic for ages 5-17 will be held at Cleveland Country Club on the following dates: June 3, 10, 17 and July 1, 22, 29. Ages 5-10 will go from 8-9:30 a.m. and ages 11-17 will go from 9:45-11:15. Pre-registration will be May 11, 18 from 9 a.m.-12 noon in the Golf Shop at CCC. A final tournament will take place Aug. 5. WVHS WRESTLING TOURNAMENT
Chattata Valley Golf Club will host the Walker Valley Wrestling Golf Tournament June 13. Lunch will begin at noon with a shotgun start at 2 p.m. The cost of the 2-person, select shot tournament is $50 per person and includes green fee, cart and lunch. Prizes will be awarded for first through fifth and ninth place. Hole and cart sponsorships are also available.
The Kay McDaniel Tennis Clinic for boys and girls ages 6-13 will be held at Lee University June 3-7. The clinic is free and is for all skill levels. The girls clinics will run from 8:30-10:30 a.m. and the boys will run from 10:30 a.m.- 12 p.m. The first 350 boys and girls to register will be accepted. WATERDOGS TO HOLD REGISTRATION
The Mosby Park Waterdogs Swim Team will have registration on April 25 and May 2 from 6-7:30 p.m. at Hopewell School for swimmers 5-18 years old. No experience is necessary. Team swimsuits will be available for sizing. The Waterdogs swim season starts the day after Memorial Day and ends in mid-July. Prices are $75 for the first swimmer, $70 for the second swimmer, $210 for a Family Membership of three swimmers or more.
