Cleveland State Community College is sponsoring its “Start Here … Apply It Anywhere Workforce Development and Career Expo” on April 24 and April 25.

Day one, Wednesday, April 24, from 9:05 a.m. to noon, four seminars will be held in the George R. Johnson Cultural Heritage Center that will allow participants to strengthen their personal brand.

What are employers looking for? What qualities do employers most value? How do you reach that final destination … a job you want? What are the top five job search skills for 2013?

Day two, Thursday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. is the Career Expo in the L. Quentin Lane Gymnasium.

The Career Expo is designed to introduce participants to local businesses that employee many individuals and can provide them with valuable information. The Career Expo is not a job fair; however, it can open up many paths for attendees.
