Ledford will remain the Knoxville office manager and continue to serve as chairman on the board of directors. His leadership within Barge Waggoner’s Industrial and Building Services Business Unit will be instrumental in developing the unit’s Client Services program through sales and relationships with clients.
Ledford has more than 30 years of experience; 27 years at Barge Waggoner, which includes management of large facility projects for industrial operations.

A graduate from the University of Tennessee, Ledford received a civil engineering degree and is registered as a professional engineer in six states including Tennessee, Alabama and North Carolina with a structural discipline. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers and serves as secretary on the board of directors for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Tennessee. A graduate of Leadership Knoxville, he is a member of the Business Advisory Board for the City of Knoxville. He also serves on the board of directors for the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce where he chairs the Economic Development Committee.
