The Walker Street Community Center will be hosting a special seminar for seniors featuring local attorney Larry Cantrell of Cantrell & Barton Tuesday at 10 a.m.

This free program will give attendees information on protecting and managing their estates to protect their assets and families.

For more than 30 years, Cantrell and his team at Cantrell & Barton have been helping families protect their assets and plan for the future. He decided to host this seminar in response to the people he saw “make common mistakes that are very expensive and often leave their families in trouble.

“Sometimes families don’t need to do anything, but most of the time, there are some important decisions that should be made now that can save tremendous amounts of money, time and anxiety later,” Cantrell said.

The Walker Street Community Center will host this seminar at 10 a.m. Tuesday. The program will include an entertaining and informative slide show complete with props and illustrational stories. “Even estate planning doesn’t have to be boring!” Cantrell says. Everyone who attends will receive a Living Life Planning Kit with a complete copy of his presentation as well as a complimentary personal consult. There will be time to ask your questions.

The events are free to attend. While seniors and their families may find the most benefit, baby boomers, and young parents are encouraged to attend as well.

For more information or to RSVP, call Cantrell & Barton at 423-745-5509. You can arrive at the center at the specified time, but RSVPs are preferred.
