Charles Leonard Parks, 63, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at his home.
He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lake E. and Louise Maynor Parks.
He is survived by three sons: Matthew Parks of Chattanooga; Eric and wife, Erin Parks, of Cleveland; and Bryan Parks of Cleveland; his former wife, Della Parks, of Benton; and grandchildren: Garrett, Thomas, and Preston Parks, of Cleveland.
The funeral will be held at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
