Richard and Sandra Booher of Charleston announce the engagement of their daughter, Callie Mae, to Michael Rubin Lugo, the son of Jim and Michele Abear of Cleveland.

The couple will exchange wedding vows on June 29 at Black Fox Farms.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Charles D. Denton, Lillian J. Trotter of Cleveland and the late Rev. Harvey and Grace Booher. She is the sister of Emily Booher of Charleston.

Miss Booher is a graduate of Walker Valley High School and will graduate from Carson-Newman College in May with degrees in biology and Spanish. She will attend medical school in the fall. She is a member of Council Baptist Church.

Mr. Lugo is the brother of Michele Lugo, Melissa Lugo and Matthew Lugo, all of Cleveland.

He is a graduate of Walker Valley High School land will graduate from Carson-Newman College in May with a degree in mathematics. He will attend graduate school in the fall. He is a member of Westmore Church of God.
