At Mayfield Elementary, Linda Gibson's Kindergarten class and Angela Gardner's fourth-grade class worked hard together to build the gingerbread houses. The fourth-grader enjoyed helping the kindergarteners build their gingerbread houses. The cooperative project focused on geometry with different shapes, patterning and counting. The teachers hope this will become a yearly activity.
