A Polk County grand jury has indicted Cleveland pastor Henry “Hank” Keith Davis on two counts of sexual battery of a child who is under 18 years of age.

Davis is listed as the pastor of the Church of the Harvest, according to the church website.

Reports indicated Davis was arrested Friday after an investigation by Polk County detectives Brian Fields and Josh Stroud into allegations of an assault that reportedly occurred during a youth trip to Parksville Lake.

Reports noted the alleged victim confided in adults and the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services entered the investigation which led to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office investigation and subsequent arrest.

Davis posted a $20,000 bond and was released from the Polk County Jail.

He is scheduled to appear in Polk County Criminal Court July 23.

Additional information will be published as it becomes available.
