The Bradley County Historical and Genealogical Society will hold its quarterly meeting on July 8, at 2:30 p.m., in the newly restored Cleveland Southern Railroad Depot.

The guest speaker will be Paul Archambault, Historic Preservation Planner for the Southeast Tennessee Development District.

Archambault’s research on the history of the depot resulted in the building being added to the National Registry of Historic Places in 2008.

In addition to the presentation a special reception will be held in honor of Barbara Fagan, manager of the Cleveland/Bradley County History Branch and Bradley County genealogist.
