Stephanie and Larry Patterson of Cleveland, along with Destiny, Autumn, Jasmin and Kayla, announce the birth of Cierra Nicole, their 20-inch, 6-pound, 10-ounce daughter, on June 5, 2012, at SkyRidge Medical Center. Grandparents are Tim Kirby and Tom and Barbara Scarpihi, all of Cleveland.
